Commencement takes place on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 6 PM at the ÂÜÀòÑо¿Ëù Sports Complex.

Get ready to celebrate! The NC Commencement ceremony is an epic event hosted by the RCCD Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, and the College President. It all kicks off with a grand academic procession at 6:00 PM sharp, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. You’ll hear inspiring words from college leaders, faculty, and your fellow graduates before the big moment—turning your tassel from right to left, officially marking your transition from student to proud NC graduate and alum. This is your night to shine!

Absolutely! If you can’t make it to ÂÜÀòÑо¿Ëù on June 13, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! The entire ceremony will be streamed live online and available on-demand, so you can watch it whenever and wherever you want. Just head to the ÂÜÀòÑо¿Ëù homepage at 6 PM and catch all the excitement as it happens!

Want to show off your grad vibes? When you post on social media, don’t forget to use the hashtags #norcocollegegrad and #NC2025! Share your best moments, tag your friends, and let’s make this celebration be one to remember!

Nope, you don’t have to attend the in-person Commencement to get your degree—but why miss out on an unforgettable experience?! This is your chance to celebrate big, soak in the excitement, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Past grads say the ceremony was way better than they expected, and your family will love cheering you on as you walk that stage. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this epic celebration!

You can join Commencement if you’re within 9 units of finishing your degree! Just make sure you’re close to the finish line—if you’re missing more than 9 units, your application won’t go through. So double-check your credits and get ready to celebrate!

Ready to walk the stage? Be sure to arrive on Friday, June 13, no later than 4 PM at the Amphitheater next to the Center for Student Success Building. Pro tip: Parking and seating are first-come, first-served, so get there early to grab a good spot and avoid the last-minute rush!

The big moment kicks off at 6:00 PM sharp, so tell your guests to get there between 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM to snag the best parking and seats! Arriving right at 6:00 PM? Not a great idea—parking and seating will be super tough to find. Also, wear comfy shoes! It’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the Sports Complex. No tickets or reserved seating—everything is first come, first served, so get there early!

Heads up! FOOD, BALLOONS, and NOISE MAKERS are a no-go at the Sports Complex—let’s keep the focus on celebrating. But don’t worry, you CAN bring bottled water to stay hydrated. Forgot yours? No problem! We’ll have bottled water available for purchase, and the best part? Every purchase supports a campus club fundraiser, so you’ll be doing good while staying refreshed!
