Wellness Events & Workshops

萝莉研究所 Student Health Services is hosting Virtual Daily Wellness Activities Monday through Friday for our students on an ongoing basis. Come to one or all daily activities, learn, and share ways to balance and manage stress. Every day we will have different activities that reflect on the various topic regarding mental health and wellness.

Spring 2025 Wellness Workshops & Groups

萝莉研究所 & Moreno Valley College Student Health Services is excited to offer Virtual Daily Wellness Activities this fall! Each day, we will explore different topics related to mental health and wellness through a variety of virtual activities.

Mark your calendars and get ready for a journey of self-discovery and empowerment with our Wellness Events and Workshops. Your well-being is important, and we're here to support you as you thrive! Stay tuned for more details on upcoming fall events and workshops.

Wellness groups will begin on February 24th and continue until June 13th. Each group will meet weekly at the designated time.

Healing Through Music In-person Workshop
 

Join our Healthy & Wellness Workshops, hosted by Student Health & Psychological Services. Our virtual wellness groups are designed to help you manage stress, improve sleep, balance time, and practice mindful parenting. Invest in your overall well-being and attend workshops like "Defeating Anxiety," "Improving Sleep," and more! Know the Signs Virtual Presentation

Though warning signs are subtle, they are there.  By recognizing these signs, and knowing how to start a conversation & where to turn for help you have the power to make a difference, the power to save a life.

Course Information: Know the Signs is a statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out. This campaign is intended to educate Californians on how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to find the words to have a direct conversation with someone in crisis, and where to find professional help and resources.   or
